With parties due in court soon, May 17, 2024 will decide whether or not an injunction stopping work at the Mississippi Dunes is granted, a lawsuit by Friends of Grey Cloud naming Rachel Development of St. Michael Minnesota and the Cottage Grove city city government as defendants. If the request for injunction is granted, studies will need to be done before site work can resume. If it isn’t, work will continue unabated. Above, the view last week from 103rd Street.
